Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the http://www.total-darts.co.uk website and the mobile application (the “Service”) operated by PM Promotions (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Returns:

PLEASE NOTE ALL DARTS RETURNED FOR A REFUND MUST BE UNUSED AND THE PACKAGING UNDAMAGED. IF YOU ARE GOING TO TRY THEM OUT DO NOT THROW THEM GROUPED BUT TO DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE BOARD – IF THERE ARE ANY ‘CHIPS’ ON THE BARRELS OUR RETURNS SECTION WILL NOT REFUND THEM AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE TO GET THEM BACK.

Before returning goods to us, either because they are faulty or we sent the wrong item, YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST and we will advise you if we need the item back, if you post them back to us without our consent we will not be liable for any postage costs you may incure.

Any items found to be faulty will, having been returned to us, be replaced or refunded. Please contact Total Darts as soon as possible with details of the fault and after we have requested the item back for inspection please return the product without delay.

We would expect that any faulty goods are returned to us within 7 days of purchase/receipt.

Website Cookies:

Your Session: We create cookies to store your visit session, which in turn stores your basket and a key for your active log in.

Google Analytics: Our use of Google Analytics creates third party cookies. Google Analytics helps us track your use of our website so we can continually improve our service. Use of Google Analytics is again, standard industry practice.

Social Sharing: The third party social sharing service we use creates cookies. As they are created by a third party we do not control the content of these cookies, however, we can assure you that using this software is very much standard industry practice.

Delivery:

For all domestic (UK) delivery’s under£30 or under 250g Royal Mail first class service will be used and as long as the goods are in stock and ordered before 12pm then orders will be sent that day.

Any orders over £30 or over 251g will be sent via Yodel direct or Hermes of which a tracking number will be sent to you once one has been created and parcel sent.

Any parcel larger than 45cm x 45cm x 20cm (usually dartboards, light systems etc..) will be sent via Yodel direct or Hermes.

Parcel prices will be calculated at the checkout for the UK and rest of the World.

All orders are aimed for 2-4 days delivery time but these can change due to the time of the year (i.e Christmas) and the current climate we live in.

For international orders we use Royal Mail International standard unless agreed prior to placing order.

DELAYED, MISPLACED OR MISSING PACKETS SENT BY ROYAL MAIL

On the day of shipping a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you, if after 7 days of receipt of said email you have not received your goods YOU MUST CONTACT US BY EMAIL to advise us of same.

In the very rare event of a packet being delayed or not being delivered we follow the time scales laid down by the Royal Mail for treating a packet as being misplaced and accordingly the replacement or refund of your order of the order.

For deliveries within the UK this is 15 WORKING days (excludes weekends and bank holidays) which is 20 days from the date of despatch from the date of dispatch and for overseas orders this 25 working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays) which is 32 days from the date of despatch.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you Email us AFTER the 15 working days to advise of none delivery any email you have sent to us prior to this date will be treated as information only and will NOT be treated as a request to replace your order.

BEST ADVICE IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR ORDER IS OVERDUE IS TO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL ROYAL MAIL DELVERY OFFICE TO SEE IF THEY ARE HOLDING A PACKET THAT WOULD NOT GO THROUGH YOUR LETTER BOX BEFORE YOU CONTACT US.

In reality it is exceptionaly difficult to obtain any firm reply / information from Royal Mail once an item has entered the postal system in the UK and unfortunately the information we can give you would be limited to the date we shipped the order. Far from satisfactory, I know, but we are limited to the information we can obtain from the carrier.

Out Of Stock Items and Goods Missing from Order

We endeavour to ship all orders as accurately and as fully as is possible, however from time to time we may have to substitute or duplicate a small item you have requested to facilitate the speedy dispatch of your order.(We will never substitute an out of stock dart set, but will notify you as we know for sure when we expect to be able to ship them to you).

Any shortages (goods missing from order not marked to follow) MUST be notified to us WITHIN 7 days for UK orders or 14 days for overseas orders, of the dispatch date , claims after this date will not be accepted.


Non UK orders

When purchasing from non UK countries total darts and PM Promotions are not liable for any import tax, duties or any other charges incured by another countries revenue and customs department. These charges are the customers responsibility.
